Where'd the name come from?:

Namie's signature album, Queen of Hip-Pop.
I figured, she's the queen, why not give her a palace to put that throne in!

When did you decided to make this site?

I had the idea for some time, even before I learned HTML. I run another website for Play and I've been busy with that. 
But I just love managing my own stuff, so I got started and I threw together this whole site in about 3 weeks. 

Do you have to be a member to access parts of the site?

Not necessarily, unless you want to access some of the password-protected downloads in our forums.

Only the members know that passwords via E-mail.
